Shipping policy

All products are delivered free of charge in the UK.

Most jewellery bought online is handmade to order so please allow between 1 and 4 weeks from placing the order to your jewellery being dispatched. If the item is in stock it will be sent within 24 hours of payment being received. If there is any particular delay we shall notify you by email and you shall have the right to cancel your order, or have a replacement item sent instead. 

If you are ordering a ring please let me know the size you require. If you are not sure how to measure your ring size you can either contact us for advice, visit your local jewellers for measuring or check out guides online.

Delivery Charges

UK Delivery - All products are delivered free of charge to mainland UK with Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This is a secure, signed for service by Royal Mail for guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery. Please could you make sure that there will be someone at the address to sign for the parcel, otherwise Royal Mail will leave a missed delivery card and the customer will need to re-arrange the delivery with Royal Mail.

International Delivery -  Sent by International Signed For service, this costs £10.00 per parcel. Orders of more than 3 items get free delivery.

Delivery of European and US orders normally takes between 1 and 7 days, from dispatch.

International orders are normally delivered between 2 and 10 days from dispatch.

Delivery to European and International destinations is also free of charge and will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. 

Customers should be aware that these services require goods to be signed for in person upon delivery.

Customs Charges

Buyers outside the UK should note they may be liable for customs duties on their purchases. For more information of these charges please contact the customs authority in your country of residence.
